Ordering

Placing your order

To place an order, simply select the items you require from the various Catalogue page and follow the directions to checkout.  If you are a new customer, you will be prompted to register an account with us.  Once your account has been created, you can order from us any time simply by logging in to your account with your account login and password.  If you lose or forget these details, you can simply click on the ‘Forgotten Password’ hyperlink and it will be sent to your registered email address immediately.

Minimum Order

To cover our transport costs, a charge will be placed on orders below a certain value.  Please refer to our Delivery page for details.

Order Deadline

Orders can be placed at any time during the week, we aim to deliver within 48 hours. 

Amending your Order

You can amend your order by emailing us on sales@fairfayre.com a minimum of 48 hours in advance of your delivery day.  Additional items may be added or quantities increased simply by placing another order. 

Postponing or Cancelling your Order

You can postpone or cancel your order by emailing us on sales@fairfayre.com.  Postponements or cancellations must be confirmed 48 hours in advance of your delivery day in order for a refund to be issued.

 

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

We accept online payment in a secure environment by credit card.  We accept Visa, Mastercard, Delta, Maestro, paypal.  Based on your area, your transaction may be completed in Pounds Sterling (£) or EURO (€). 

You will be charged automatically for your goods, and will receive receipt by email showing the total charged to your card.  You are free to change your order if you wish, subject to our standard deadline order.  For full information, please see our Terms & Conditions.

 

Privacy & Security

We respect your privacy and are committed to maintaining the security and privacy of your information as you visit our on-line store and buy from us.  All personal details stored on our system are for business purposes only and we make every effort to ensure your personal information is managed in a secure and responsible manner. 

All payment transactions are received and managed by Worldpay  who operate 24/7 customer support by telephone and email.  We at Fair Fayre do not store any Card details on our system.

 

Returns & Replacements

We work hard to ensure that our products are of the highest possible quality.  If, for some reason, your goods do not reach you in a satisfactory condition, please let us know within 24 hours of delivery.  As long as it is kept in the condition you have received it, we will be able to collect it and credit your account or replace the item free of charge in the following week.  However, if for some other reason you decide you do not want the goods, Fair Fayre is not liable to refund your account.  We ask that refrigerated or frozen goods be kept in suitable conditions in order for a refund to be given. If your order, or one of the items on your order, has not arrived, please contact us and we will endeavour to resolve the problem as soon as we can.

If you have any complaints concerning any part of our service, then please don’t hesitate to contact us.  We welcome any suggestions to improve our service, so please, help us to help you.

 

Shipping & Delivery

Delivery will be in our refrigerated vans one day a week as detailed on our Delivery page.  Please select the ‘Delivery’ tab above for more details. For some areas a courier service may be used.

Delivery will only be directly into the kitchen if it is on ground floor and hand trolley accessible; if not, there must be another area which is hand trolley accessible and on ground floor.

If you have any special delivery requirements, please state these clearly when placing your order to avoid problems.  We require someone to be present when your order is delivered so a signature can be obtained for our records.  Please notify us if this may be a problem and we can agree to a more suitable arrangement.

Viewing Orders

Once you have placed an order with us, you can track it via your account to see what stage it is at.  Further, your account will store any previous transactions you have with us for your reference.

 

Updating your Account

You can update your account information on your account by simply logging into your account here or the tab at the top of the page.

Printed Catalogue

Unfortunately we do not have a printed catalogue, simply because we're constantly adding new products.
