This wine is issued of a mix of wine based alcohol (Passito), sugar issued from grape sand spirit then it's ageing for minimum 2 years up to 5 years. Then denatured by salt and pepper addition.

Marsala wine is frequently used Italian restaurants. This product is used in chicken marsala, and also used in some risotto recipes.
