Zaffiri Penne Rigate, 20 x 500g bag
An Italian Pasta with 120 cuts of pasta and egg noodles.
Quality is maintained by selecting the best durum wheat semolina and using the traditional production processes; a long mixing time to allow the flour to fully absorb the water, and a drying process performed at a low temperature (max 60°C) and for a long time (for pasta like spaghetti, it can be as long as 30 hours). This process ensures that the flour’’s properties are not altered, obtains a natural development of gluten and to keeps the typical wheat flavour intact.
This Penne Rigate pasta has many uses with sauce or with some vinaigrette. Great with cheese, meat or vegetable.
