Is there a minimum order?
No there is no minimum order.

Is Fairfayre.com open to the public and business?
Yes Fairfayre.com is open to both sectors. We invite everyone to use our website. VAT-registered businesses can recover VAT where applicable.

How is the food delivered?
We use our own refrigerated vans where possible, but for orders outside our own area we use a suitable courier company to ensure your order arrives in optimal condition.

Where do you deliver to?
We can deliver to Ireland and the UK.

How long does the delivery take?
We aim to deliver within 48 hours of order. If you require the order earlier please email us at info@fairfayre.com

What’s our secret to providing better prices?
No secret! Fairfayre.com offers better prices by operating online. We have cut our overheads, office and administrative costs enabling us to pass the benefits onto our customers.

Can I get a copy of your product list?
We do not have a printed catalogue as it is not possible to maintain its accuracy both in respect of price and product range. Our range is constantly changing and on the website. Please contact us if you have any particular request and we will endeavour to cater for you where possible.

What payment methods can I use?
Fairfayre.com does not offer a credit facility. We offer two secure and widely recognised services, Worldpay and Paypal. We also recommend using pre-paid credit cards for added security. Pre-paid credit cards provide added security, therefore reducing the risks associated with online transactions.
